01. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to **Zivara** ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our digital interface (`index.html`), mobile views, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Conditions of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and applicable guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access our services.

02. User Account & Verification

Accessing bespoke services, placing orders, and participating in VIP privileges may require one-time password (OTP) verification via your registered phone number. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of credentials, OTP tokens, and device sessions.
• Providing accurate, updated, and lawful contact information.
• All actions occurring under your phone identifier or registered customer profile.

03. Product Descriptions & Pricing

Zivara curates luxury fashion, jewelry, bags, and horology. While we aim for absolute accuracy in photography, descriptions, specifications, and pricing, technical errors or slight variance in handcrafted craftsmanship may occur.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to rectify pricing errors and cancel impacted unfulfilled orders with a prompt refund.

04. Payments & Transaction Security

All payments are routed through RBI-authorized, 256-bit encrypted PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Zivara does not store debit/credit card CVV or primary account numbers directly on its frontend client databases.

An order is considered confirmed only upon verified authorization from the acquiring banking partner and assignment of a secure transaction ID.

05. Shipping, Returns & Replacements

All VIP orders qualify for insured courier transit. Any claim for transit damage, missing seal integrity, or non-receipt must be notified to Zivara concierge within 48 hours of recorded delivery along with unboxing verification proof. Eligible apparel and jewelry are governed by our standard 7-Day Replacement Policy.

06. Intellectual Property Rights

The Zivara emblem, registered trademarks, typography, design assets, website UI layouts, imagery, and software code are the proprietary intellectual property of **Zivara Technologies Pvt Ltd**. Any reproduction, scraping, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright and Trademark Acts.

07. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Conditions of Use and any separate transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal proceedings or dispute arbitrations arising out of platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
